It is your responsibility to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account identity and password. You are solely responsible for any loss or damage for not complying with this security obligation. You agree to notify the Company immediately if there is or you suspect an unauthorized use of your account. Returns/Exchanges. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a complaint or problem, please report the problem within ten days after the delivery date, and we will do our best to correct any problem to your satisfaction. It is in our sole discretion to provide a return/exchange according to our Returns/Exchanges Policy stated on this site, and below, as soon as reasonably possible.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy ensures that any garment you purchase through Bonito & Co. meets the highest standards for Medical Grade Compression Garments.
If you are not satisfied with your garment(s), returning or exchanging it/them within our 10-day return policy is easy and hassle free. Each garment needs to be returned in brand new condition, unworn, with all tags attached at their original positions, and it must be in its original packaging.
How to Return/Exchange a Garment
If your garments are in stock, they will ship the day after receipt of your order
If your garments are not in our immediate stock, we will place them On-Order with our tailoring facilities in Brazil. As all Bonito & Co. garments are hand made, and travel through 17 Couturiers Stations to be hand tailored, please allow 10-12 days for delivery

We charge a Shipping & Handling (S&H) fee of $10 USD (up to 2 pounds) and utilize 2-Day Priority shipping (some metropolitan areas take 3 days) on all domestic USA orders. Shipping & Handling charges are for your account unless Bonito & Co. is offering Free Shipping. Overnight delivery is available, at your cost, at prevailing carrier rates, and is subject to selected carrier rules and regulations
International deliveries are charged to your order at the time of placement via approved international shippers
All shipment delivery schedules exclude weekends and Holidays, and are according to carrier operating schedules.
Live Chat. Bonito & Co. will be offering an online chat service from time to time, which is offered through third party servicer providers to help you with questions and information about your order. Our contractors/employees will request your name, email address and order number, as appropriate, in order to provide you with the best customer service and meet your needs.
Violation of Copyright. We will investigate notices of copyright infringement and will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable local law, including, in the United States, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The written notification of the alleged copyright infringement should be sent to our DMCA Agent, by sending us an email to BonitoSupport@bonitoandcompany.com. The following can be a separate page, since your DMCA problems will be very few.
An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on their behalf;
i. A description of the work protected by copyright that is allegedly infringed;
ii. A description of the location of the infringing material and sufficient information to allow us to locate the material;
iii. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number and email address;
iv. A statement of your own indicating that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; Y
v. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of fact, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright. (This means that you are the owner or have a written authorization from the copyright owner).
Please keep in mind that, under Section 512 (f) of the Copyright Act of the USA, anyone who deliberately misrepresents that material or activity infringes copyright, may be subject to large civil penalties and payment of damages incurred by us, any copyright owner or any copyright holder. You may also be subject to criminal prosecution for perjury. Please also note that the information provided in the previous legal notice may be sent to the person who provided the allegedly infringing content, and that we may choose to post the claimant's information instead of the disabled content. If you believe that someone has copied your work, either in part or in its entirety, please follow our procedures.
Notification Under the DMCA. When we receive a notification regarding an alleged copyright infringement, we will remove the content that is the object of the notification. If you believe that your content was mistakenly identified as an infringer, you may file a counter-notification. If you do not have all the rights to publish the material in question, you MUST NOT send a counter-notification. Pursuant to Section 512 (f) of the Copyright Act of the United States. UU., Any person who deliberately misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. A counter-notification must include the following specific elements:

Mobile Access. Our Site is designed for browsing on mobile devices. We do not charge for viewing our Site, however, the normal rates and charges of your wireless service provider will apply, as well as data transfer fees. Please, check the notice of your provider. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for the wireless charges incurred by a user.

Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction. Within a reasonable period of time after cancellation, all information you submit to our Site will be unavailable for viewing and will be removed from our active databases, but may remain in our files, especially if it is necessary to store it for legal obligations.
