Shipping Policy

Garments In-Stock:

If your garments are in stock, they will ship the day after receipt of your order excluding Holidays and Weekends

Garments On-Order:

If your garments are not in our immediate stock, we will place them On-Order with our tailoring facilities in Brazil. As all Bonito & Co. garments are hand made, and travel through 17 Couturiers Stations to be hand tailored, please allow 16-18 days for delivery

Custom Made Garments:

For Custom Made garments, please allow 16-18 days for delivery

Shipping Charges:

We charge a Shipping & Handling (S&H) fee of $12 USD (up to 2 pounds) and utilize USPS 2-Day Priority shipping (some metropolitan areas take 3 days) on all domestic USA orders. Shipping & Handling charges are for your account unless Bonito & Co. is offering Free Shipping. USPS Priority Shipping includes USPS Tracking information, and provides Tracking Updates, as your order travels to its destination, including the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery. Every order is insured up to $50. Additional shipping features can be added at your cost at the time of your order. In that case, please call Customer Service at 1.888.709.0863, so we can take your order over the phone. 

Next Day Air delivery is available via UPS Monday through Friday, at your cost, at prevailing carrier rates, and is subject to selected carrier rules and regulations. Every Next Day Air Order shipped via UPS is insured up to $100. Additional shipping features can be added at your cost at the time of your order. In that case, please call Customer Service at 1.888.709.0863, so we can take your order over the phone.

International deliveries are charged to your order at the time of placement via approved international shippers. Local country duties/taxes are customers' responsibility.

Bonito & Co. does not ship on weekends or Holidays. All shipment delivery schedules exclude weekends and Holidays, and are according to carrier operating schedules.
